The engineering followed the entire process of the weatern restaurant kitchen project and customized some of the equipment according to the client's needs and kitchen space.
During the initial communication, the client of this western restaurant informed Chefmax that he needed to replace most of the equipments in the kitchen and needed Chefmax’s help in designing a new kitchen layout for a smoother and more efficient operation.
For the selection of refrigeration equipment, the client needed to customize the size of the refrigerated worktable and the size of the portion trays according to the actual usage requirements. As a manufacturer with considerable production experience, we are able to achieve all kinds of free customization and and quick response in refrigeration equipment customization.
Our customization service also includes equipment design drawings, which allows customers to view the customized results more clearly. After the production is completed, we attached some wearing parts and equipment together with the packaging and transportation, to avoid malfunction and affect the operation.

After completing the equipment selection, the engineering staff designed CAD drawings of the kitchen equipment layout in a very short period of time, a process that was free of charge. They completed the layout design after understanding the size of the kitchen, entrances and exits, location of utility connections and many other factors, planning a kitchen with a clear layout and efficient operation.
