On June 25, a customer from Ireland visited Chefmax’s appareil de cuisson automatique factory and used the machine to prepare dishes in the showroom.
The customer runs a Thai-style restaurant. Thai cuisine has a high proportion of stir-fry cooking, such as fried rice, fried rice and stir-fried vegetables. Therefore, he was looking for a suitable automatic cooking machine to improve the efficiency of the kitchen and reduce labor expenses.
Chefmax staff took the customer on a tour of all types and sizes of cooking machines and introduced them to their different functions. From the most basic cooking machines to smart cooking machines with edited menus, automatic ingredient and seasoning placement, automatic pouring and cleaning.
In the trial session, according to the customer’s request, we bought a variety of ingredients in advance, such as noodles, vegetables, eggs and meat. The customer used the equipment to make fried noodles and fried rice successively, and the appareil de cuisson automatique proved to be perfectly capable of these frying tasks.
During the factory tour, in addition to the entire production, assembly and inspection process of the machine, Chefmax also showed the customer the anti-adhesive treatment: each iron pan is continuously grilled on the bottom and body of the pan over an open flame before assembly, which creates a non-stick layer inside the pan and effectively improves the cooking quality. This non-stick layer is more durable than the Teflon coating.
