Chefmax visite un client d'un restaurant chinois thaïlandais
On May 26th, Chefmax visited a Chinese restaurant client in Thailand and had a nice conversation with them.
The client proudly showed us the dining area and kitchen, a Chinese restaurant that has been in business for a long time and has been well received by customers for its taste and service. The restaurant is also decorated to fit the Chinese style, with elegant red color, wooden partitions and window frames, and flower arrangements with Chinese charm.
The restaurant has a generously sized kitchen, which is dominated by numerous Chinese stir-fry and boiling stoves, where stewing and stir-frying are the most common cooking styles in Chinese cuisine. As a leading global supplier of commercial kitchen equipment, we had an exciting project with this Chinese restaurant. chefmax provided duck drying cabinets for the preparation area to help create the much-loved roasted duck.
In the cleaning area, the hood type dishwasher and ultrasonic dishwasher from Chefmax are placed in the corner in an “L” shape, saving space while maintaining order and efficiency. The two units are sufficient for the entire restaurant during peak traffic. The equipment is a reliable support for the operation of the kitchen, and has been used for a long time with few after-sales problems.
Recognizing the quality of the equipment and the strength of the company, the client has entered into a long-term partnership with Chefmax and has chosen us to provide equipment and one-stop design drawings for his new hotel kitchen, which is under renovation.
