Vietnamese Commercial Fryer Customers Visit Chefmax
A restaurant chain customer from Vietnam visited Chefmax and took a tour of our spacious showroom. With a wide range of commercial fryer, electric or gas, tabletop or floor, single or double tanks, in different materials and sizes, there is the right equipment for every type of catering business.
In terms of modern kitchen automation, Chefmax’s fryers are equipped with timer and auto-lift functions, which allow the basket to be automatically lifted and drained at a set time (i.e. after cooking is complete), ensuring that ingredients are always at the standard level of maturity and are not over-fried because they are forgotten to be removed.
The customer loves the design, which increases automation in the kitchen, meaning less labor costs and a more standardized cooking process.
