Chefmax focuses on the production of whole line of intelligent kitchen appliances, such us commercial restaurant range, commercial refrigeration, automatic cooking machine, commercial dishwasher, food processing machines and etc. Every piece of equipment and stainless steel products is tailor-made for your kitchen.
The MOQ of our products is 1pc for most of the models.
Each of our products has CE, ETL, ISO9001, NSF, CSA, PSE and other certifications, and each product is tested for at least 48 hours before leaving the factory, so you can be completely assured of the quality.
Chefmax does not provide samples, we recommend that you buy some samples before placing a bulk order so that you can also check our quality and service.

Shipping
It takes about 15-20 days after receiving your deposit. For regular products we keep stock. Customized products takes around 30 days.
If you need a specific time, please discuss it with our sales team and we will confirm the time with you according to the quantity and specificity of the goods.

Chefmax founded in 2002. At the beginning, we mainly produce induction heating equipment and is the top three induction equipment factories in China.Have started to develop and sell automatic cooking machines and commercial dishwashers in the past 7 years.At present, sales department has 350 people, and there are more than 1,000 employees counting factory staff.

Payment
For customized products, we must prepare spare parts. Therefore, according to company regulations, we first need to collect a 50% deposit.
We accept most methods of payment, including bank cards, credit cards, or checks. Any of these methods are acceptable as long as we receive cleared funds in advance.
Repair
We offer a one-year warranty, during which we will provide free spare parts in case of any damage, and provide you with professional guidance.
