In December 2024, Jcafe’s project manager and head chef traveled to China to visit our facilities. This was a crucial step. Instead of simply choosing items from a catalog, they wanted to see the manufacturing process up close and talk through their requirements in detail.

 

During this visit, we studied their kitchen drawings, listened carefully to how their chefs worked, and began planning custom solutions. One of the highlights was designing a blast freezer that matched both the combi oven and rotary oven trolley sizes. This meant that food could go directly from freezing to baking without being transferred between carts, saving both time and labor.

Smarter Central Kitchen Equipment with Support

On-site service visits – We promised two installation visits and further maintenance as required. Our technical team traveled to Thailand twice in early 2025 for installation, ensuring everything was set up properly. Then, in August 2025, we returned for the first round of scheduled maintenance.
