On the other side are mixers and ovens. Depending on the percentage of baked goods on the menu and the number of people ordering, a 3-burner oven is sufficient for daily needs, and the double oven included in the 4-burner gas range can also share some of the baking tasks. In the cleaning area, there is a hood-type dishwasher and a sink workstation, where dishes and tools are cleaned and then put into the sterilizer in the corner to ensure safe and hygienic.
