This bakery located at 252 Jalan Kiambang 10 Bandar Indahpure Kulai has just started its business, but the owner himself loves baking and has a lot of experience in making all kinds of delicious baked goods. His love for baking gave him the idea to open his own bakery, so he completed the construction of the store called “Alliews Bakehouse” with continuous thinking and modifications from site selection, design to decoration. The store’s decor is simple and relaxed, offering bread, coffee and tables and chairs, and many young people come here to eat and take pictures.

In the final stages of the renovation, he decided to look for a trustworthy vendor to supply the one-stop bakery equipment for the store he had put so much effort into. The dining room is equal in size to the kitchen, although less dine-in seating is provided and most of the space is used for bakery display cases. The salesman understood that the kitchen needed to supply a large number of various types of baked goods every day, and that the split 3-tier oven was not enough to handle the daily demand, so he recommended a 5-tier electric oven, and two large ovens to give the kitchen a strong productive capacity. In addition, there is a mixer and bread dough mixer, a pastry machine, a proofing cabinet and a 15-tier tray trolley, which are sufficient to complete a series of baking processes, and the tray trolley allows the operator to easily carry multiple trays without having to run from one unit to another multiple times.

 

The owner also asked about the after-sales service, because if the oven, which is the core of the bakery, has problems and cannot be repaired in time, it will have a huge impact on the whole restaurant business. The salesman responded that those commercial bakery equipment had been tested and selected in multiple layers and the warranty was 1 year, with some replacement parts and English manuals included for quick repair even if there was a problem.

The flour is first blended in a mixer, then divided into equal-sized pieces and fermented in a proofing cabinet, then organized into regular shapes and finally sent to the ovens, where the convection ovens with steam recharge allow the bread to expand and ripen quickly, and the ovens have glass doors and lights so you can watch in real time as the bread takes on a brown or golden crisp appearance. Watching the bread expand and ripen in the oven is very healing, the owner says.
